    Hi fellow triathletes
I am a 50+ triathlete hoping to give something positive to others wishing to last a long time in the sport. Some get through fairly unscathed, others carry the scars of battle in their everyday lives. I have experienced my share of injury time which at times suggested retirement would be the better option. I always looked for another way. I did find great advice in numerous places but one got very little exposure. I ran my own tests on this over the last 2 years and the result is that I feel better now than I did 20 years ago. I now have a start-up business making this available for triathletes and runners to try for themselves. My wish is that athletes use it as part of a holistic approach to making their sporting career longer, safer with improved performance and more enjoyable.
